The Muse Support Funnel

Muse is our front door for every question. It is a trained assistant, the Arthouse answer to a Coach Ace, that knows the whole site and the whole project and speaks in our voice. The goal is simple: resolve almost everything before a human is ever needed.

Muse resolves

The default. Muse answers the question directly, in the Arthouse voice, and can:

  • Answer how anything on the site works
  • Explain the project, series, points, scanning, payouts
  • Send an internal link to the exact place
  • Navigate you there inside the site

Muse hands off

If, and only if, it can't resolve it, Muse makes reaching a human effortless:

  • Drafts the email for you
  • Opens a Gorgias ticket with the context attached
  • Sets the expectation (who, how long)

A human closes it

The rare case lands with a person, already framed:

  • You + Scot, in the Gorgias queue
  • Full context, no back-and-forth to start
  • Feeds back into what Muse learns

A human is the exception, not the path. We do not put a "contact us" form in front of people. Muse handles it, and only when it truly can't does it help you reach us. That is how we keep the experience great and keep support load as low as possible.
